What’s Being Said
I think the most important thing I learned from Nikki is how awesome eating right can make you feel; that eating fast or junk food can make you feel worse in the morning than a hangover! Once I figured this out, the more appetizing fresh/unprocessed food became and, as a result, foods with fats and sugars fell by the wayside. What you put in your body really does make a big difference in how you feel!
I've known Nikki for quite some time (*cough* most of my life) and she has always had a passion for health and wellness. I knew that she had received her Yoga certification a while back, but my first experience being in one of her classes was in early 2019.
Before the first day of class, she reached out to our group to see if we had any requests to work on problem areas because she wanted to tailor the flow towards addressing and alleviating these issues. I thought that was a special and unique touch.
During our sessions she would gently correct and encourage us in our flows to be mindful and to be kind to ourselves because we are all in different stages, and that was ok. She made sure to play very appropriate music for the session and lead the class by prompting us to focus on our thoughts and breathing.
I think the best part was the end after class concluded, she would always be sure to answer any questions and was always open to feedback. This tells me that she truly cares about creating a positive experience.
I've never felt so at ease and comfortable in a yoga session before. Nikki was very inclusive to anyone that wanted to join. And her friendly energy and happiness most definitely radiates from herself to everyone in the group. I always leave feeling energized and full of peace.
If you haven't met Nikki yet you are definitely missing out! She is a wonderful gem and a marvelous person, and I miss her happy energy all the time.
Nikki helped me make the shift to better health and focus on "primary foods". She shared her knowledge about
whole, real foods, and the idea that one person's food is anothers person's poison. She taught me how to incorporate
small changes that can have big impacts on my health and well-being. (Yoga is awesome!)
Her one-on-one style of coaching was perfectly suited for my busy, and stressful life. She taught me
how to embrace new ideas, with simplicity, and ease. She helped me come to a place in my health journey that worked for me. The best part, is that it is sustainable.

I met Nikki when she was a trainer with Camp Gladiator. She is definitely a free spirit and so much fun to be around. At first, her workouts were a little easy. I am one who definitely wants and needs to be pushed. I asked her to step it up and man, did she. She challenged me in ways I never thought I’d be able to accomplish. I was able to though. She saw in me what I didn’t see in myself and has helped me since then. When I’m injured, she gives me exercises to help me heal and strengthen so I don’t hurt myself again lol. She is an amazing person and a friend, and I’m so lucky to know her and have her in my life. Even though she’s in a different city, she still makes it a point to check in on me and if I need workouts, she’s quick to make me a kick @ss one. I will forever be grateful for her and her coming into my life when she did.
