I remember when I first felt amazingly connected to others when I started regularly adding yoga asanas into my life. It was this sense of compassion on a whole new level that I had never before felt. When you think about it though, we are all made of the same energy, the same star dust. We are all connected. This is an important concept to remember anytime you may feel like you’re out there all on your own. Even those times you may not understand someone else’s way of thinkin
